How long will the appointment take?
Depending on the package selected, a detail can take anywhere from 1.5 to 5 hours per vehicle. We provide a more accurate time estimate once we confirm your vehicle size and condition.
Personal Belongings & Vehicle Prep
To ensure our specialists can provide a thorough deep clean and avoid any accidental damage, we kindly ask that all personal items, high-value belongings, and child car seats be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival. While we take every precaution, JCH Bespoke Detailing cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of items left inside the vehicle during the service.
Our Mobile Service Requirements
For a safe and thorough detail, we require a workspace with sufficient clearance around the vehicle (ideally on a private driveway or off-road bay). Please ensure the vehicle is parked in an area where we can work unobstructed. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, a call-out fee may apply.
Protection & Aftercare Advice
Every detail includes advice on how to prolong the life of your wax or sealant. For the best results, we recommend a Maintenance Detail every 4–6 weeks.
Fleet & Multi-Vehicle Discounts
Do you have more than one vehicle? We offer bespoke rates for multi-car households and small business fleets. Mention this during your callback to discuss a custom package.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of the finish is not compromised. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
Service Area & Fuel Surcharge
We provide mobile detailing throughout Dorset BCP Area (Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole). To maintain our mobile service standards, any bookings located outside our primary service radius will incur a flat £5 fuel surcharge. This ensures we can bring our full professional setup directly to your door, regardless of the distance.
Vehicle Condition & Heavy Soiling
Our tiered pricing is based on vehicles in "standard" condition. While we specialize in transformations, vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy mould, or extreme interior soiling require additional time and specialized chemicals. These will be assessed on-site and may incur a surcharge starting from £20.
